Aims & Objectives

To provide and promote professional student mentoring and follow up in all veterinary faculties in all universities in the world.

To organize local and international vacations for students and professors of veterinary medicine, veterinarians in private and public organizations and interested/qualified person (s) who may be interested in participating in such vacation.

To provide veterinary and other allied community services and recreation to members of the public locally or internationally (e.g. free vaccination, free spaying, and neutering, animal shows, sporting activities, luncheon, and dinner.

To propose, plan, and execute veterinary-based (academic/non-academic) research, and to foster research collaborations with interested parties such as individuals, corporate organizations, and government agencies at local and international levels.

To partner with institutions/organization, and governments agencies to facilitate attendance to relevant conference for human capital development towards the efficient provision of veterinary services in accordance with global best practices.

To provide profit-orientated and non- profit-orientated clinical services to the public including voluntary demonstration and discussion of surgical procedure to students in veterinary faculties locally and internationally.

To organize paid and non-paid additional academic lectures for students in Veterinary faculties in Nigeria and at international levels.

To provide career guidance for young youths interested in Veterinary profession.

To organize, sustain and provide study loans and scholarship for qualified students of veterinary medicine in all veterinary faculties in Nigeria and internationally.

To partner with institutions/organization, and governments agencies to facilitate attendance to relevant conference for human capital development towards the efficient provision of veterinary services in accordance with global best practices.

To sponsor/organize field trips to veterinary students, veterinarians, and other stakeholders in the animal production industry.

To provide sustainable public education and awareness programs on current trends in veterinary education, practice, and animal welfare/ health through academic and non-academic seminars and symposia.

To partner with Nigerian government agencies and international organizations in the area of disease surveillance, monitoring, and control both at ordinary times and during disease outbreaks.

To organize placements of Nigerian high school graduates (undergraduates) and graduates into foreign Universities for medical education (Veterinary medicine and Human medicine).

To operate small and large scale animal production for demonstration and internship   services for veterinary students and for commercial purposes.
